Service Description

This retreat is one which is created in the moment by putting universal wisdom in charge. It may include meditation, watching non-dual teachings and discussion, expression sessions, ACIM readings, 6 steps to freedom process, Inquiry worksheets, dancing, singing, movie watching, ego let it rip writing, screaming at the beach, dyads, ACIM artwork, walks on the beach, sitting in silence, reading, cooking and shopping. We come to see that there is actually nothing “spiritual” so all of life is embraced and lived from a place of fully living life as it “is”.
